almost all enzymes re inactivated by phosphorlation, but except the enzymes which act in the gluconeogenesis....

Glycogen Phosphorylase is more active when it is phosphorilated during glycogenolysis.

yep all those ethings which become active by glucagon, will be phosphorylated and become active, so in the glucagon world, the glycogen phosphorylase wilol be active as we re degrading glycogen
