If i do not have yet step 3 can I apply for programs that sponsor H1 visa ? And take step 3 after the interview ???

Or programs that sponsor H1 visa will only call me for interviews if I have already taken the step 3 ???

Need advice please!!!

Different programs will have different criteria. If they want you to have step 3 now, it's because then they know that you will be eligible for that visa.

I am far off from even taking my step-3,but i have scheduled it during first week of january.

And 7 out of 12 calls i have recieved are from hospitals offering H1B.

and most have deadlines by match day,though one of them will need me to be fully licensed(passed step-3) by ROL deadline.

If they like u they will wait.

hi Katzung

Do they offer step3 exam in the first week of Jan because when I called up to schedule my exam in the first week of jan, they said that they are closed for the first 2 weeks of jan. ???please let me know..???
