I think it should be in a hospital, then it counts.

My advice is to do whatever you can get in relation to medicine. Later on, if you get better opportunities for hand on clinical experience, you can accept that. I think its a good idea to accept whatever you get in the begining. As far as its validity is concerned, it may not be counted as good as an externship, but it will be definitely better than not having any us clinical experience.

I thought i can get a LOR, if possible a good one from this Dr.
He says he shall allow me to interact with the patient like history taking. So i can get some exposure, as to how the system works, here
