In my personal statement, I wrote that I wanted to do a fellowship in either Gastroenterology and Cardiology. However, I have been getting a lot of interviews from communitry programs. Would they be reluctant to rank me since I want to do a fellowship?

Beleive me, the whole world wants to go to fellowship. So you will definitely be with the majority. But there are specific hospitals that want to train their resident to practise primary care.

It will look fine - don't worry about it. Even if the hospital doesn't have a fellowship, they know that you will try your best to excel because you will want to go even further than their doors.
