i need a piece of advice.if one wants to take step-3 how many months in advance do you need to apply,is by the time one applies one should have had step-2 score also?is it possible to apply immediately after step-2 and c.s is taken or do we need to wait till results?by when max pd's ask us to sit for exam to get h-1 sponcer.is feb too late?
