In xxxxxxxxxx, pscyh, does the PD take photo after the interview ?

Did you have a photo in your file? Did you look really different from that photo? Sometimes a program will just want to remember who you are based on what you looked like that day.

Thanks a lot for ur reply BBB.
Of course, I had my photo in the CAF and they were having a copy of my photo in their file too. I know this because, when they were interviewing me, they were going through my ERAS copy of the application and PS. Then I saw my photo along with the application form.
Do you think, its because they liked my performance in the interview, that they took a photo of me, so that they dont forget me, when they are preparing the ROL ?

I think they take the photo so it will be fresh in their mind who the candidates were and it will be better for them to remember you if they can remember how u looked on the interview date while preparing the ROL.
