Anyone with the kaplan simulated test on CD, please post the explanation in here.

My inference on the Q is, when it says 'fat-free diet' it indicates that no essential fats were present in the body. We know that linoleic acid(omega-6 family) is an essential fatty acid and is a precursor of arachidonic acid, which in turn is a precursor to PGs, TXA2, LTs etc.

A fat free diet wudnt drastically affect triglycerides coz glucose(carbs) is a source of tht.

Any further inputs welcome.
