Hello,
I have applied to 55 programs and have received 14 rejections and 3 interviews. I guess one needs to make it to double figures to be somewhat confident of matching.
I understand that if I need to apply to more programs, it is now or never.
On the other hand, the PDs and secretaries would be having their hands full with so many applications. So my question is should I call/send emails to programs now or should I wait a little more?
And also, are there a lot of programs that do not send out a rejection?
plz advice...

do it now man.actually i started calling the programs just today.one said u r rejEcted,one gave me an interview and onE SAID THEY VE FILLED UP SPOTS.OTHERS DIDNT PICK UP OR SAID THEY R REVIEWING AND CANT GIVE STATUS OF APPLICATION
