hey guys i have a question...if SP says that i am only sexually active with my wife/husband and does not use protection regularly...do we have to counsel them in this situation too....

and another question is ..that wat counselling should be done in case of forgetfulness/confusion....i know about structured homes...but wat exactly we should say....can ne one help....

in a STD you should advise about condoms, even in a monogamous relation, i guess.

in amnesia cases: also ask about if they need some help in their houses; also that you will need to talk with a relative;
