Patients presents vomiting acid, has dysphagia, what would you do? and why ?

A) Prescribe PPI and antibiotics, because Helicobacter Pylori is the cause of the oesophagitis
B) Resect the end of the oesophagus and anastomise the dangling bit to the stomach using a Bilroth II procedure because the patiënt is already experiencing dysphagia
C) Schedule oesofagography, and be alerted when discovering Barret's oesophagus or oesophagitis grade C-D. Also further investigate the reflux through 24h pH-metry. Schedule regular check-ups.
D) Tell the patient to, when sleeping, use a flat pillow because it encourages reflectory activation of the lower oesophageal sfincter

the information given in the question seems to be grossly inadequate. Anyway going by the given answers I guess only C can be chosen for the given situation.
