Can someone tell me how to get a statement of need from the UK. I got a letter from the Director of the program that I work in but they say this is not enough. There is no ministry of health in the UK. Also, how long does ECFMG certification take after all the paperwork is ready and then how long before J1 visa is issued.
I realise now that I will not be able to start in January as letters from the UK is taking so long to get here!!
