I use coffee for that, especially near the exam, it keep me awake, after coffee I was not thinking for taking a nap. But tea as for other days. Actually after lunch you get dizzy but tea can handle it some what. I use to take a nap for 10 minutes on my cubicle in regular days.

well...i can study best at nite sad n now i m gettin worried , b/c if i try to get up early morning (to make my schedule according to the exam time) i cant study much , i study best late nite then get up late in the morning ,,, abt 11 00 or 11 30 , but i am worried i wont b able to change this routine close to exam n tht can create prob...

btw , its ok to take tea /coffee occasioanlly but dont make it a habit otherwise u will crave it during ur exam...

another thing , if i keep 3 days for a subject , i almost waste the first day then study 2nd day n on 3rd day i m studying like anything to cover up.....

I think the best time to study (at least for me) is at night. It's calm and quiet. Plus you feel lighter as you don't eat much (breakfast and lunch in day), unless of course if you do a bunch of nachos. That's a different case. smiling face

Although it is recommended do change studying routine to adjust it for morning exam, I still think it's best to study when you are able to concentrate best of all. Many people are not able to sleep the night before exam anyway, plus running adrenalin will keep you awake.

Well, karusmle, it's natural to be tired after a whole day of studying!!!???!!!!!!!!!??? take a nap or drink some tea-coffee, like others say.... take a shower, change subjects or do different kind of work-like switch from reading to doing qs.

Caffeine works for me when I am tired but I think an amphetemine would be very helpful too if someone can prescribe one to me...winkgrinwink...any recomendations for my ADD???????!!!!!!?????confused

Good suggestions there Alfa...
