i'm freaking out with lack of information. please answer the following questions: where in india are kaplan and usmleworld available? what about other materials like cds and the recommended books? what do you think about first-aid? i need some guidance about the various procedures involved. where can i seek help? these online fora are not enough. i will take step 2 first, step 1 later. what is your view about the commercial courses offered by kaplan in india? they are extremely expensive. are they worth? also, how much does it cost in rupees to appear in step 2 and step 1 individually? please help.

Hi friends I'm new to this forum and the world of usmle prep. I'm an undergraduate medical student. Taking the Step 1. No idea where to start from. Many prep materials are being mentioned. I don't know which ones i should be using. First Aid is accessible at a bookshop. What should i know about preparing for the USMLE? What study materials should be used? How should i approach the whole thing? Totally at a loss. Please help me out. Thanks in advance Yas
