Related to gluconeogenesis please select the best answer. A- Pyruvate & Krebs cycle intermediates in the gluconeogenesis process transform mitochondrial oxaloacetate ----- malate to across the inner mitochondrial membrane. B- Oxaloacetate from pyruvate & citric acid intermediate pathway is catalyzed by mitochondrial PEP carboxykinase. C- Fructose 1-6 bisphosphatase & glucose 6 phosphatase reactions are exergonics & bidirectionals. D- Von Gierke's desease is caused by the lack of glucose 6-phosphatase in the muscle.

A is right, B is wrong because that named process is located in cytosol, not in mitochondria, C is wrong because these reactions with named enzymes are one-way, the opposite reactions require another enzymes, D is wrong because that ilnees happens because of deficiency of the enzyme in liver and kidney, not muscles.
