Screening tests, such as the alpha-fetoprotein measurement, help identify women who may be carrying a baby with certain birth defects. Screening tests are generally used in women who are at low risk of having a baby with problems. Women already known to be at increased risk of having an infant with some genetic problems, such as those over 35 years of age at delivery, should be offered diagnostic tests like amniocentesis and/or detailed ultrasound.

so now I am confused #-o

you should perform gluocse tolerance test

the correct answer is 1. triple screen test

Triple screen is needed to evaluate possibility of Downs syn fetus. MSAFP will be included in triple screen test and is more informative.

Since she is under 35years, she is not a candidate for amniocentesis.

The woman will definitely need a glucose tolerance test but this is done at 26 weeks of gestation.
