Hi Dr. Gonzales !. I donīt think itīs a good idea to post 10 cases because youīll never know which will be YOUR cases, so my best advice is to be prepared for everything, easy and difficult cases.

you are right chemamr, but people who already took CS know better what to study. i just consider this as an additional help. but, of course we have to be prepared for everything!! and...you know..real cases could be different from practice cases if we get several suggestions, we could get something similar to a big bank of cases!! good luck for everybody

well, i can tell you (as maybe you know) that youīll have some hard cases, letīs say 2-3 of the 12 pts, maybe 1 or 2 of them being neurologic cases, so start every case being prepared for everything. The phone case is easier because you have much more time to ask the mother whatever you want and those 5 minutes of the P/E (that you donīt do here) is too much time, maybe this was the easiest case i had. itīs kind of weird because if you have clinical practice you will realize that itīs very different, real patients feel different if you palpate them or during the audition assessment, it was weird, but finally you understand the point that they try to tell you. Also, another guy commented me that during the day of the exam. But my advice is to think you are in your hospital (maybe imagine you are now in your PGY1) and treat them like your real patients. But the exam is not difficult, in fact, and you know you have only to pass it. I can tell you that my main problem was the language because english is NOT my 1st language, obviously. I hope to pass it, if I donīt, i can say: "bye, bye" to this match.

all cases are in the first aid and usmleworld. the cases are very basic. just go over the info. in first aid or usmleworld really well...and practice speaking clearly.
