do you know the answer phuluong?
i think you must not do a circumcision, because you will need that skin for the plastic surgery but not sure about the age. Is it 1 or 2 yo?

The best age is 2 years.However, MUST be done before school age for psychological concerns.

yeah 4-18 months is the age. the trends to do the surgery are changing. This all depends upon how easily a surgeon can operate upon the phallus and there is enough tissue for remodelling.
before 80s. 3 year was the age but now to prevent psychological complications, it is done earlier. the repair in adolescents is associated with urethrocutaneous fistula.
