Clonidine adrenergic agonist (alpha 2)
Curare is a NMJ blocker(Nm)

Id just add some of the other major adenylate cyclase stimulators.
Dobutamine, Isoproterenol, Albuterol, Terbutaline , Ritodrine, Beta effects of Epi and Norepi.
Beta Blockers are competitive antagonists at this receptor
