Norepinephrine on B1 and B2 receptors
A1 is IP3- Ca2+
A2 is also cAMP but inhibitory

  #3

Drugs that act on receptors B1, B2 and D1 stimulate adenyl cyclase
increasing cAMP through Gs coupled.

atropin is a muscarinic blocker(M )
Clonidine adrenergic agonist (alpha 2)
Curare is a NMJ blocker(Nm)
Norepinephrine Mixed adrenergic agonist( alpha 1 & 2 and B1)Phentolamine Mixed adrenergic antagonist(alpha 1&2)
Phenylephrine adrenergic agonist (alpha1)
propanolol adrenergic Beta blocker(B1&2)

Good Maty !
Id just add some of the other major adenylate cyclase stimulators.
Dobutamine, Isoproterenol, Albuterol, Terbutaline , Ritodrine, Beta effects of Epi and Norepi.
Beta Blockers are competitive antagonists at this receptor
