Have u ever heard about " Chromosome walking" ? Any concepts?

Also"Premature ovary failure".

do u mean

1.in MEOSIS--TELOPHASE....

2.PREMATURE OVARY failure--- no sex steroids -- SHORT STATURE FEMALE.,ammenorhea(?) with presence of normal uterus,, external organs.

back in the Biochem practices i remember my teacher was talking about "Chromosome walking" as a Cloning method and i remember they use it for CFTR gene of CF.

and yes Premature Ovarian Failure is defined as Menopause at early ages (mainly before 40)due to any reason : genetic,autoimmune,idiopathic,etc.

i.e. they run out of their eggs too soon!!
