This may not be the right forum, but step 3 forum is dead......
I have a huge question. I have heard some of you have already taken step 3, which states have you applied being IMG, i have read some of you did CT. But I found this!!!
Conectticut Licenssing board states
Prerequisites: Approved medical school; two years acceptable progressive graduate residency training; USMLE, NBME, FLEX or a State Board Licensing Examination; current ECFMG certification or completed a Fifth Pathway Program if foreign-trained.
So how is everybody able to take step 3 to this board with this requirements.

Me and one other dr applied for CT & got our scheduling permit to schedule the test wherever we want.
I 'm IMG without US PGT.
I think you may apply to CT too.

I have another question: i read something about we canīt schedule the date for the step 3 (unlike the others steps where we schedule the date and period). Is it true?? do they simply give you the day and you only choose the city???

nope shemamr they give u 90 days eligibility period within which u need to schedule the exam.

what study materials to use for step 3. i am yet to start preparing for step 3. need advice and orientation abt step 3. does scores matter in step 3 or we just have to pass .
