Hey guys... I have posted this topic before and dont mean to harp on the old topic of "thank you letters" but its been bothering me a lot!!! I have been told that no matter how well the interview goes...you gotta leave the right impression via your thank you letter! I have heard conflicting things about whom to write to...some say that one letter to the PD is enough but others say that you should write separate letters to all the faculty who interviewed you, to show your interest in the program and to be polite!!! I am stumped! This is crazy.... as if tension of the interview is'nt enough...we also have to also worry post-interview about showing the program that we are very interested.... without being pushy! With the crazy competition this year and very few interview calls coming in... anything that improves chances of matching is worth a try!Right!?!?!?!!! So here is my Question... How are you guys writing it? Are you writing separate letters or one....? PLZ REPLY....I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE ANY SUGGESTIONS! Thanks everyone ! Good luck n God bless.

Til now I have been writing seperate letter to all the people who interview me provided they give their card or I get their email adress. I have a standard pattern thatI used for my first interview, I just change their names and email them. I give little more specific and detailed letter to the person who offered me prematches and explained me its procedures.
