Hi All Can anyone please tell me how to do the bss? I mean should I do the questions and see how I am scoring or should I read the explanations as I do the questions ? I started doing the questions and realised that I cant answer 70 % of them even though I have finished reading the subjects atleast twice ..Am really disheartened by that. Any advice please

nevermind ! thats pretty normal because it is difficult for anyone to remember everything. 70% is already a pretty good score but if you want to still improve you must keep on repeating questions to get your fundas clear .however you must keep aside a set of brand new questions that you could do after a couple of days to assess yourself ! and i would suggest that you should do mixed questions when assessing like this because that is what would be a good judge of your understanding as well as retention of all the subjects ! i have been doing board simulator series and have been averaging around 66%.but this series is a good resource of reviewing your subjects. however kaplan's q bank is a better source for simulating the testing conditions.

I think doctorusmle means that "I cant answer 70 % of them". Well...I've tried BSS myself and those questions aren't that easy. They close to board format, but very detailed. Explanation is good enough, sometimes too detailed. I guess that the best way is to study a particular subject and later do 30-50 questions and read the answers. Do not be discouraged with the low performance. "Non scholae sed vitae discimus!"It will get better! Good luck!
