you should practice as much as you can, if possible, the 15 days you have, itīs the most important part. You already have the knowledges to arrive to a Dx and its Diff Dx with Dx workup so you must know how is the format or structure of the test and practice.

The cases in this forum?: do you mean the free pdf file with 40 cases, i donīt like them.
About that case, mmm: if he has tried before, what happened those times (weight gain?, etc.), if he knows the risks for his health if he continues smoking, how did he start smoking?, why does he like smoking?, if he has noticed any change in his health (dyspnea, cough) because of his smoking?, advise him about nicotine patch, a counselor or support group in the hospital, why does he wish to quit this time?. Of course you have to ask a mini Clinical History and a focused P/E. Things like that, i guess.

i havenīt read that in a book but i would say: yes, because if not, the woman wonīt tell you the truth, because she would be afraid.
