Some programs that are listed as transitional year programs, come up as "preliminary" and not transitional year, although they are "listed" under trans year....

My Q is...are they transitional or prelim? and should i send my prelim or trans year personal statement to the trans year programs...or does it matter?

HELP HELP HELP!!
