Answer: 2.anti- thyroglobulin antibodies are commonly present.

Lymphocytic throiditis (Hashimoto or autoimmune):

Common in older kids/adolesence.

Family history positive in 25-35%.

autoimmune process targeted at thyroid gland-lymphocytic infilteration, lymphoid follicles and germinal center formation preceding fibrosis and atrophy.

Diagnosis confirmed by serum antithyoglobulin peroxidase (was antimicrosomal)and antithyroglobulin antibodies.

Biopsy and thyroid scan not indicated.

Just want to put more information

Chronic Lymphocytic thyroiditis = Hashimoto

Subacute lymphocytic thyroidits is another disease

In case you refer to Hashimoto thyroiditis

(1) Intrathyroidal infilteration primarly by B cell & (4) Thyroid microsomal antibodies ( I think it is anti-micosomal Antibody) seem to be right or not ?

Anibody markers of the destructive process include anti-thyroglobulin and anti-thyroperoxidase antibodies(formarly called anti-microsomal) one or both of these antibodies are present in virtually all patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis(Hashimoto thyroiditis), but they are not specific for this disorder and may be found in other autoimmune diseases such as Graves' disease, Addison's disease ,and Type 1 diabetes
