let me solve,

1. beta antagonist.

2. Staph aureus.

but I'm not 100% sure of it.

Does it say in q that pure beta 1 or beta 2 antagonist or just beta antagonist???

  #5

Could u explain sthg..

  #6

If u take beta blocker for 1, it will deccrease the BP more ( it's a Drus for HTN, e.g. Propranolol), right?

  #7

It say exactly "pure", dear, i stuck w it for long long time...

  #8

oh yeah, its to treat hypotension, its must be alpha agonist, I'm 90% sure of it.

  #9

I chose alpha agonist too, Shakeels. But wonder... For alpha 1 agonist, it increase vascular constriction. alpha 2 agonist is in CNS, we don't mention here.

For Beta agonist, B1 receptor in heart , B1(+) cause increase in contraction --> increase BP.

B2 in blood vessel, B2(+) cause dilation of vessels --> decrease BP ???

So, i'm a little confused.

well, if its pure alpha aganoist, then it will enhance more effect on alpha 1 then alpha 2. I think this is the final answer.

Yes, now i see it must be a. Definitely.
