I dont mean to flood the forum but I am despearate for an asswer here. I think there are others in my shoes.
Due to a low NBME score, up coming CS exam on Dec 6 and the fact that USMLE closes for 2 weeks i plan on taking it around Jan 15th. I think my score will come in Feb 08. I have an 85/209 1st attempt on step 1 and have applied to 125 psych programs. I have 2 interviews to go to so far. i have the following questions:
1) Do i have a chance of matching in the regular match?
2) Should I go for my interviews?
3) Will i sitll be able to get more interviews?
i have asked this question many times with no luck. Please help me out. Thanks.

I hope very few chances of int calls in november..
anyway, i wanna ask u onething..i got 79 in step one n csa passd in july but didnt applied coz of low score n step 2 ck(still pending)..wanna give in dec end r jan second week...am also interested inpsych.. can u suggest few hospitals for my score .am an int graduate.
do u have any experience in psych r any US rec letter r observorship.?
plz reply soon.
good luck...give step 2 at the earliest...u have chance of post match also ....in worst case..
