guys the difference between parkinsonism and diffuse lewy body disease ??? lewy body is present in both parkinsonism and diffuse lewy body dementia,and an addtional point of visual hallutinations and extrapyramidal symptoms r seen in diffuse lewy body dememtia,am i right????? but in Q bank ,they say lewy body is absent in parkinsonism and i remember reading in the same Q bank somewhere that lewy body is a feature of parkinsonism.,,,its confussing guys please clear it out

well karusmle ur absolutely right pal lewry bodies are a feature of the parkinson disease they are found in the melanin containing neurons of substantia nigra
