both...but more commonly subarachnoid hemorrhage.

it is subarachnoid hemorrhage, eventhough AV malformation can cause hemorrhage intraparenchymally, subarachnoid is more common,
just now i read this from Q bank grin

well, berry's aneurysm, mitral valve prolapse, APKD, marfan syndrom are all linked to each other.

brerry's aneurysm can cause both. intraparanchymal, but SAH is more common.

well , i also think so that both can cause both but SAH is more common than intraparenchymal...

but in Q bank they asked abt AV malformation then in options there were 2 choices , one ws SAH and other ws intraparenchymal....true tht one is more common than other but do u think they should give both choices? and in explanation they said tht AVM cause SAH n doesnt cause intra parenchymal hemorrhage...
