HI, GUYS,
I am foreign medical graduate, gonna take CS in recent couple of months. I am wondering, for IMG, which test center is best? I am talking about the speech accent or slang use of the fake patient in different centers, guess there might be some difference, isn't it?
Also, I am wondering, if the 5-day kaplan class for CS is worth taking, since it does cost a lot, almost 3k.

There is NOT supposed to be much difference between the testing centers. They also try to have some diversity of the patients. But, there is not really much difference with accents or slang. Just take it at whatever center has the most convenient date and location for you.
