hi i am a doctor and have got B1/B2 Multiple entry visa for 10years. i am going to US to give USMLE step2 CS exam. in the US consulate during my interview i had told that i would intend to stay for 20days intheir country. but after getting visa i have got interview calls from chicago. my quetion is if i am allowed at port of entry to stay for say 3 months, should i attend my interviews and comeback or should i return in 20 days only.
i am asking this question because first visit is very important it seems for me.as i have to apply for j1/ h1b lateron once i get my residency.at that time will my j1/h1b will be rejected and my M entry visa be cancelled?
kindly help me out.
