which one of the following drugs does not produce central anticholinergic syndrome:

1. atropine sulphate
2.glycopyrolate

It is glycopyrrolate...it has a quarternary structure and cannot cross the BBB.

anti histamins has central M blocking activity,while glycopyrolate has only peripheral anti cholinergic activity it doesn't enter CNS.correct me if i'm wrong,,,

yes ur rite... iptratropium and glycopyrrolate has no CNA entry..

2.glycopyrolate

a quarternary amine, can be given PO and doesnt cross BBB
