Hi guys, Sorry for sounding really ignorant, but since I have an interview coming up soon I need to know how exactly one has to prepare for an interview(I'm not talking about the dress code here). Are these interviews technical(medical questions asked) or more of asessing personality type of interviews?Do I need to brush up my subjects before I go these places? And can I ask the program co-ordinator directly what type it would be?I'm scared to do that for the fear of sounding silly and ignorant. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Also, do I have to carry all the supporting documents?? Thanks in advance, jedi

if the program is a good one, they generally dont ask medical qns cos they know that u have passed usmle

they more so ask personality qns

like

tell me about yourself

why do u like this field

what do u want to do after residency

etc

as far as the supporting documents u have to ask the prog coordinator or secretary

hope this helps you
