I am guessing because undifferentiated essentially means advanced malignant cells

Can't really agree as the cells are undifferentiated. raised eyebrow In any case, frequent follow ups are necessary even with well differentiated cells.

If single focus of Prostate CA on Turp (stage A1) do nothing unless < 60 years old, If diffuse disease or multiple foci (stage A2) then follow with surgery/radiation. (pretest surgery)

well guys correct me if I am wrong.......no doubt ans is A....cause wat i see is....prostate has been removed already....and on histology we found 5% undifferentiated cells......at the most wat we should be considering is about the metastasis.......which will require chemotherapy.......and no other option fits.....i hope i am not going on the wrong track.......

  #13

do nothing is the answer , as the undifferentiated cell is only 5% , nd the patient is very old!
