i am always wondering why there are so many IMGs want to take the USMlE??for the high payment?for interest?or what else??

in my case, my main motivation is to be an excellent physician (if possible, surgeon that is what i like most). I believe that there is a higher/superior level of medicine in USA, more chances, more quality, so thatīs the reason. . I donīt care if after doing my residency in USA i have to work in a small town in Mexico (iīm from mexico), i really donīt care if i can give my patients an excellent service.

it's ture that the US has the higher level of medicine,i quite agree with u!
and i think all the guys who passed the USMLE is so great!i've seen some questions of usmle,they are so difficult.
