options a and c are same and can be presaent in infant with meningitis. B can be present as well. neck stiffness is not usually seen in infants with meningitis. Apneic spells r not specific either. If i have to choose from the options given, i will go for B.

i think there was a mistake because A and C are the same. I agree with the explanation mani.
