What are Pastia lines in Scarlet fever? where would one look for them and what would one look for? (I don't know)

The presence of pink or red transverse lines at the bend of the elbow in the preeruptive stage of scarlatina; they persist through the eruptive stage and remain as pigmented lines after desquamation
I was also not knowing, searched in Dictionary.........
