Kussmaul sign is present in this disease (Kaplan IM) My Q: Is pulsus paradoxus still present in this disease or not ?

I used to think so, until I heard otherwise on a lecture. Note that Harrison's says Kussmaul is «absent» and pulsus paradoxus is «rare».
