Does OASIS trick always work? Do I have hope?

I took my exam Wednesday October 5 and have been trying the IWA/OASIS trick for the past week. Up until yesterday I was getting the message that I'm already registered. Now today it is letting me register again! When I check OASIS it says my score was reported yesterday Oct 26.
Please this is my third time taking it and last time I missed passing by one point! This time I felt much more confident after the exam and don't see how I could have possibly failed. Do I have any hope of receiving a passing score in the mail despite IWA letting me register?

I am sorry to say it but I think that does mean you failed if it shows it has been reported. Really sorry, hope it is wrong.

Will the OASIS trick work if one's eligibility period is not yet finished? I have read somewhere that it may let you register if your eligibility period is still current. I am waiting for my result and my eligibility period expires in December. Would appreciate clarification on this point. Thanks.
