why do people hypersweat? but no sweating during sleeping, or during staying (without moving). actually there is very rapid sweating when walking or drinking tea etc... please why this rapid sweating occurs? can it occur in HIV patients?

when you are moving the temperature of your body rise, by sweating you take heat away. you always should sweat whenever the external and/or internal temperature rise

Increase body temperature---> vasodilation and increased cutaneous blood flow to dissipate the heat---> sweating.
