I just don't understand why does it have to take the ECFMG that long to issue the certificate. I am waiting to see on OASIS that it was issued so that I can submit the CAF, because the programs that I wanna apply to are saying that they won't review the application until it's complete and they are asking for the certificate straight up.

i called up ECFMG and they said it would take 10 business days to send it
