Hello!
there's a question in the CAF whether you are board certified or not. If yes, Which board?
How are IMGs supposed to answer thos question? If I'm certified by a board of my country do I mentio it??

yes you should. let them know your country deemed you competent enough to practice medicine!  
the next part of the CAF, I think, asks for state licenses. these are the ones that come from LOCAL medical boards. as imgs, usually we dont fill this part out.
