Is there an easy way to find out if a residency program is good (education, not money and social factors) or not?
Can I apply outside of the ERAS/NRMP?
Am I obliged to accept a match made by the ERAS/NRMP?
Is it good to apply to many different programs or will that be frowned upon by the directors? I generally do not like to spread myself to thin!
I think that I am going to try to apply for both general and plastic surgery, will that pose a problem with the directors?
