hello every1...i m doing Q bank these days , n i find patho to be really extensive...things r asked tht we read in robbins (not given in BRS) ..i dont kwn abt goljan as i havent done it..

i hv seen tht esp in CNS...so is BRS enuff for patho? wht shall i do??

Well BRS or kaplan, quite every thing is written in both. Actually I was thinking the same thing as you are now, but I have checked it and I found most of the material in Kaplan. I didn't read BRS but I'm sure its little bit better then kaplan.

not really. i find it weird people i my med school like BRS path. i think its crap and severely oversimplified. i definitely would recommend goljan notes to anyone and certainly not recommend BRS if u wanna ace the exam. personal opinion so take with pinch of salt!

i feel goljan 300 pages rnt enough even though whatever they have given is good , so i m planning to do kaplan patho for 3 days , i think it will help

I used BRS for pathology plus Goljan audio lectures only not the Goljan notes. It was enough to answer the questions on Q bank.I'm having no problem in that.

karusmle,u think it's possible to do kaplan patho in 3days?
like how many hours aday?is it your 1st reading?

well,if u r thorough with goljan then i think it will not take much time for u to do kaplan pathology, thats what my friend said , yes it will be my first reading in kaplan notes
