A 2 year old child with some congenital heart disease came to emergency in dehydrated state what solution is contraindicated when you are going to rehydrate him. 1.ringers 2.normal saline 3.half normal saline 4.dextrose 5% I don't have the ans ..

half normal saline is almost always the right choice in kids becasue of the decreased kidney ability to concentrate urine.

4 Dextrose is not used for fluid replacement
