Why chloramphenicol & Cylophosphamide can help in this condition ?

did u mean chlorambucil instead of chloramphenicol?...chlorambucil, cyclophosphamide may be used in those cases of cold agglutinin disease assoc with malignancy(either lymphoma, paraproteinemia..)...in idiopathic CAD, these drugs are advised to be not used, as they may result in secondary malignancy like leukemias...

i dont know bout use of chloramphenicol in CAD
