an infant is born with an unilateral cleft lip and cleft palate.previous studies have shown for concordance for this trait ni monozygotic twinsof 0.40 and in dizygotic twins of 0.04.the incidence of cleft lip and cleft palate in general population is 0.001.if these parents have a second child,the risk for unilateral cleft lip and palate in that infant isapproximately which of the following?

I will go with 4 % cause dizygotic twins is genetically the same as a second child i think
