Leyden is an eponym, no? Some guy who investigated the molecule?

its LMW

LMWH has longer-lasting effects and subcutaneous dosing. It also has fewer side effects than UH. LMWH is rapidly and predictably absorbed from a subcutaneous injection.

Advantage of LMWH over UH is the improved side-effect profile. Patients on LMWH have decreased risk of hemorrhage, osteoporosis, and antibody-mediated thrombocytopenia.

I think both both are available

Factor V Leiden (sometimes Factor VLeiden) is a hypercoagulability disorder in which Factor V, one of the coagulation factors, cannot be deactivated. Factor V Leiden is the most common hereditary hypercoagulability clotting disorder amongst Eurasians, possibly affecting up to 5% of the population of the U.S. It is named after the city Leiden (The Netherlands), where it was first identified in 1994 by Prof R. Bertina et al.

I had seen it written as Leyden, hence the mistake. I do remember there being a scientist called Leyden in Germany with some related eponyms. Thank you for the correction.
