can anyone plz clarify a doubt which i have..lets suppose a person has no clinical experience at all and is a fresh graduate.no experience even in home country..can that person sit for step 3 in any state at all.or do u need to have atleast one year experience!!!

I have one more question-Does passing step 3 in a particular state automatically gives you the license to practise any where in US(I mean to start residency).Or do we have to register with FSMB seperately

yes, if you pass step 3 in any state, you have passed it, it doesnīt matter where you are going to do your residency. They all will know you passed it, no problem.
About the "license to practice", if you are referring to State licenses, thatīs another very different issue. I have no idea how to get them, but you need step 3 prior to get them.
