The following diseases are associated with antinuclear and/or rheumatoid factor antibodies

infective endocarditis (1)
autoimmune thyroiditis (2)
Sjögren's syndrome (3)
fibrosing alveolitis (4)
ankylosing spondylitis (5)

Not 1} because SLE cause non infectious endocrditis(Libman sacks)

2}Autoimmune thyroiditis -it cotains antithyroglobulin antibody.

4}Fibrosing alveolitis-??????

5}AS -- sronegative ,HLA B-27 positive

Associations with ANA and/or RF are present in all the diseases (not all cases of the diseases, of course) mentioned except ankylosing spondylitis, which is a seronegative spondarthritis. Yes, even infective endocarditis has an RF frequency of 50%.

Aggred Frontal all r some where related to ANA/RF except AS but i think In cotrast to option C all others r non significant ,thats the confusion inthi qus
