Its 3. Not 1} because SLE cause non infectious endocrditis(Libman sacks) 2}Autoimmune thyroiditis -it cotains antithyroglobulin antibody. 4}Fibrosing alveolitis-?????? 5}AS -- sronegative ,HLA B-27 positive

Hey, I never said there was only one answer. Associations with ANA and/or RF are present in all the diseases (not all cases of the diseases, of course) mentioned except ankylosing spondylitis, which is a seronegative spondarthritis. Yes, even infective endocarditis has an RF frequency of 50%.

Aggred Frontal all r some where related to ANA/RF except AS but i think In cotrast to option C all others r non significant ,thats the confusion inthi qus
